It's official!  The contract has been signed to have our 2008 BFR in Myrtle Beach, SC, August 29 and 30, 2008 (Friday and Saturday- Labor Day Weekend).  Of course, you may come a day or two earlier or stay a day or two later at the same rate of $109 plus tax per night.  We look foward to seeing each of you.  We want you to enjoy the "Pearl of the South" (i.e. Mrytle Beach).  The resorts website address is www.springmaidbeach.com.

Some pertinent info you need to know:

-  All rooms require a two night minimum (Fri. and Sat.) and the resort is not able to split up a Friday and Saturday night.

- Call 1-800-770-6895 to make your reservations in Palmetto Tower.  Please mention the Brown "Sumter" Family Reunion.  Sumter, where I live, is being mentioned to distinguish our reunion from any other Brown reunion that may be occuring at the same time as ours. 

- Individuals should call in with first night's deposit due by the cut off date of July 8, 2008.  Check in time is 4 pm.  Check out time is 11 am.  Total payment is due upon arrival. 

- Room deposits will not be refunded on reservations cancelled less than 15 days prior to arrival date (August 29th).  There are no refunds for early departure.  Changes to the duration of your stay must be made at least 5 days prior to arrival or you are responsible for the entire length of your reservation.
